Features of Kam & Lēon wallpapers
Our wallpapers are printed on strips between 100 and 105 cm, this format allows for faster and easier installation of wall decoration. Our wallpaper strips are all numbered and installation is carried out starting from the left.
Our wallpaper is made from a high quality non-woven material, offering a smooth matte finish that is easy to clean. The texture may vary slightly between designs, but is generally smooth to the touch. If you have any specific texture preferences or requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us. As experts, we are able to offer solutions tailored to your needs. In addition, we offer a range of different substrates, including fire retardant options, fabric wallcoverings, adhesive and repositionable wallpapers... to suit a multitude of residential and commercial projects.
The wallpapers are printed on high-quality non-woven paper with inks of natural origin, without solvents or harmful products (Greenguard label) and the cartridges are part of a recycling program. Our wallpapers are PVC-free and odorless, so they do not give off any unpleasant odors. Our materials are FSC certified, which means that our production of non-woven wallpaper respects sustainable forest management. Our non-woven wallpapers comply with the European standard (EN 13501-1:2007) for fire safety. With regard to VOC emissions, our wallpapers are classified A+, the lowest level of VOC emissions. Our papers are environmentally friendly. Custom printing avoids paper scraps and limits waste.
In an eco-responsible approach, all our printers are labeled "EPEAT Bronze" in order to reduce our environmental impact. Our inks are water-based and do not release any toxic vapors or unpleasant odors. They are UL ECOLOGO® certified, meeting strict specifications. The inks are also GREENGUARD certified and meet the standards for reducing chemical emissions during production.
If your room is healthy and the installation has been carried out correctly, our wallpapers have a durability that exceeds 15 years, thanks to a design, quality manufacturing and a higher weight. Our wallpapers are on average 30% denser than those on the market.
Our wallpapers do not require any special maintenance. They have a thin protective film on the surface that allows them to be cleaned. In case of stains, use a sponge or a damp cloth and rub lightly on the stain. Tip: if some stains persist, you can use a magic sponge.
Kam and Léon wallpapers are made in Savoie, where we print locally. Our company, on a human scale, is committed to offering quality products while promoting responsible and artisanal production.
The photos of our products on the site are made as faithfully as possible. However, the colors may vary depending on your display settings, the resolution and brightness of your devices and the type of lighting in your room.

Installing your wallpaper
Simply measure accurately using a meter the width and height in centimeters of the wall to be wallpapered, (e.g.: 322 cm wide and 250 cm high). If your wall has different heights or widths, take the largest dimensions to be sure to cover your entire wall. As a precaution, add 5 cm of margin to your length and height in order to cover your entire wall. Please report these measurements when ordering to ensure optimal coverage.
We recommend using a special glue for non-woven wallpaper. If your wallpaper is pre-pasted, it is not necessary to add glue, as the adhesive is activated by water. For vinyl paper, we recommend a universal glue suitable for non-woven, heavy and thick wallpapers, to ensure good adhesion.
Yes, you can install the wallpaper yourself. In addition, the quality of our wallpaper allows you to reposition the wallpaper without the risk of tearing it, making the installation process even easier. However, we recommend that you consult ourinstallation guide before starting.

Our wallpapers can be installed in a kitchen or bathroom, provided that the wallpaper is not in direct contact with a water source. Your room must be properly ventilated. For optimal protection, it is possible to apply a layer of resin.
Personalization

Creating your own wallpaper is possible. Simply send a photo or illustration to contact@kam-et-leon.fr with your dimensions. Our team will review the quality of your file and provide you with a quote in less than 24 hours.
We carefully adjust the design so that it fits optimally on your surface, taking into account the specific dimensions of your wall. If your wall is narrower, we adapt the pattern. After your order, you will receive a preview for validation before the wallpaper is manufactured. In addition, you have the possibility to request a visual preview before finalizing your order, in order to ensure that the result meets your expectations. Delivery and Return
Our wallpapers require time for design and manufacturing, then shipping before receiving the order. In Metropolitan France, our products are shipped within an average of 8 to 10 working days. Our products are shipped, depending on the location, with the following transport services: COLISSIMO, CHRONOPOST, DPD
If your order has not arrived at your home within the expected time, we invite you to log in to your Kam & Leon account to track the progress of your order using the carrier's tracking number. It is possible that you did not create an account when you placed your order. In this case, we invite you to contact us by email at contact@kam-et-leon.fr
For deliveries abroad, please contact our sales department via contact@kam-et-leon.fr to obtain the necessary information and an estimate of delivery costs.
It is essential to check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. In the event that you find that the package is in poor condition and compromises the condition of the goods, you can refuse the package. This will make it easier to contact the carrier to obtain a refund. If you find a defective product, it is essential to send us a photo of the box and the product by email to contact@kam-et-leon.fr

⚠️ Please note that once the wallpaper has been installed, we will unfortunately not be able to provide a refund, exchange or compensation. This is why it is crucial to carefully check the entirety of your order before installing it.

⚠️ Please note that unfortunately we are unable to make changes or cancellations to an order that has already been dispatched. It is therefore essential that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your current order.
Customized products, such as custom-made wallpaper, cannot be returned. Since the order is made to the specific dimensions of your wall, the wallpaper cannot be resold to a third party. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of product, in accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.
We remind you that once the product has been installed, it is considered accepted. It is therefore essential to check the entirety of your order before installing your wallpaper.
